My Teacher's Library displays a searchable list of your borrowers.

In addition to students, you can also lend to other teachers, parents, and friends.

You can update the condition to monitor depreciation and abuse...

Monitor scribbles, torn pages, general wear, and other conditional issues.

Condition monitoring enables a report that lets you see what's ready for retirement and needs to be replaced.

When checking in, you can enter notes and comments to provide additional detail for the student Activity report.

Choose the loan period, and you're done!

Select from a list of loan periods:

  • Overnight
  • 1 week
  • 2 weeks
  • 3 weeks
  • 4 weeks
  • School Year

Checking in is just as easy - scan the label, update the condition and add notes if necessary, and - done!

Returns and Reshelves are Simple and Fast

item and location label

Location labels let you reshelve items quickly and efficiently.

Labels are a lifesaver! They allow you to check in and out in seconds. They also display your school and library information, so if the item becomes misplaced or lost, the finder will know where to return it.

For returns, a quick glance at the location label immediately provides the item's assigned location.
